We describe our business as it stands. Where an activity is being set up rather than already running, the page says so. Nothing here should be read as a guarantee of a service level, a price, a supply position or an outcome.

Business arrangements change. A description correct on the day it was written may be out of date by the time you read it. Confirm anything you intend to rely on with us directly.

Digilink and the Digilink device are ours. Just Laptops, MumMum and the other brand names on this site belong to the companies that own and trade under them; they appear here because we do brand and commercial work for those businesses.

Haemim is the trade mark of its Korean manufacturer. Our reference to it describes a New Zealand distribution relationship and nothing more. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use any of these marks.

Where we link to another site, we do so for convenience. We do not control it and we do not take responsibility for what it says or does.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those Acts apply.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
