Day-to-day store support
OperatingSomeone to call, and someone who already knows the answer.

02 — Retail Network & Franchise Management
A store is a set of habits. Good ones can be written down and handed on.
Today we support company-operated sites. The framework we are building — onboarding, standards, reporting — is the same framework a partner or franchise site would step into.
Ordering and replenishment are handled for the network rather than store by store. A site says what it needs; the priorities, the allocation and the transfers between sites are decided here.

Someone to call, and someone who already knows the answer.
Written process and trained staff. Service should not depend on who happens to be on shift.
Sales, margin and stock on the same basis, so one site can be read against another.
Fit-out, systems, supplier accounts, opening week. A path already walked, written for the next person.
A partner model is being drafted. Until it is signed, the network is company-operated sites only.
